Each college is headed by a Doctorate Degree Holder in their field of Teaching. Most lecturers have a minimum of secular NCE/HND/BSC or its equivalent. Each college runs its own short courses, seminar and conferences. All student study all subjects but with their project in the area of specialization.
ACADEMICS
Minimum Admission qualification is being Born-Again and literacy. We teach remedial English and French languages, student must attend 75% of the classes to graduate, attendance is marked daily.
· The purpose of our Diploma in Theology is to lay a solid theological foundation for our grandaunts and make them good Branch Pastors. Outreach/Crusade Director etc.
· Bachelors Degree: Our Bachelors Degree is to make a leader out of a pastor and prepare him for the office of a Bishop of District Overseer.
· Masters Degree: the purpose of our master degree is to make him/her an authority in his or her chosen field. A true Master, possessing internationally acclaimed knowledge.
· Doctorate Degree: since Education involves more than teaching and listening, our doctoral programme is aimed at making a research fellows of the grandaunts, a person forming his position on facts and justifiable analysis of collated facts and figures.
· Every student takes a written examination and undertakes a supervised research at the end; he or she will submit a project in partial fulfillment for the requirement for a degree.
ADMINISTRATION
The school has a Vice-Chancellor who provides leadership for the school under the leading of the Holy Spirit. There is a one hundred (100) man senates which advises the Vice Chancellor on policy formulation, public Relations and Governmental affairs.
The Registrar, who runs the secretariat sees to it that all fees collected and relevant materials made available to both the lecturers and students. He is also in-charge of documentation.
We have full-time and guest lectures whose duties are to impact knowledge into students. Lecturers are encouraged to specialize, so as to become professor’s later in their chosen fields.
Each lecturer conducts examinations and test, marks are given and submitted to his or her Head of College (HOC). Each campus (Teaching Centre) is headed by an Administrator who provides leadership. All campuses are autonomous except in areas like curriculum development, examination and certification which are centralized.
Students can transfer from one campus to another with proper documentation, we also accept students transferring from Bible College without demoting them or condemning their school.
LIBRARY
We have both physical and visual libraries; our library for now is a reference library. We have about a thousand books in our physical library; we also have about seven thousand books in our electronic library. All students are taught and assisted to carryout research on the internet as a policy. All students are encouraged to buy or acquire either a laptop or desktop computer. We gladly copy our electronic books for our students and other Bible School at payment of a token.
